Silvia Caro Spinel, professor of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering and academic vice dean of the Faculty of Engineering, won the Women in Energy (WIN) 2021 award in the category ‘Woman Mentor’. The awards are part of a program of the Society of Petroleum Engineers – SPE Colombia, dedicated to position, promote and support the value of women within the energy industry.
